Terms & Conditions

Services Offered: We provide website design, website development, website maintenance, domain and DNS hosting, and website hosting services.

Payment Terms: Clients have the option to pay upfront for an annual fee or opt for a month-to-month payment plan for one year. Additional requested works or updates/improvements on the website after completion will be charged at a rate of $140 per hour.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are required to provide a branding guide, logos, content information, and images of the business and staff. Failure to provide these materials may result in a custom plan and additional charges.

Intellectual Property: Upon completion of the website and payment of the one-year agreement, the website becomes the property of the client. However, any break fixes due to client error will be charged at the hourly rate.

Project Timeline: The project timeline can vary from 2 to 8 weeks depending on factors such as the supply of content and graphics, access to domains, DNS or hosting by third parties, and additional or custom software/integration.

Scope of Work: Changes to a website in progress are allowed within reason. Full rebrands or changes post-live publication will require a custom quote.

Termination Clause: Clients may terminate the agreement at any time. They are required to pay for outlaid costs such as the domain name, DNS, and hosting space used. If the website is retained by the client, a website creation fee will apply.

Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall be resolved through communication via email or arranged meetings.

Limitation of Liability: We assume no liability for errors, delays, or issues with the services provided, including third party hosting services.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
